I'm researching this because for the last 3 years, every year I had a breast infection which had to be Irrigated and Drained, and noone has been able to tell me why this is happening, cultures of the infection did not detect any cancer. I am wondering if there may be an underlying reason why this keeps happening. I also occassionally get dry, scaly, and itchy on my nipple on the same breast which has been infected over and over. I have also looked up paget's disease. Each year I developed the infection in my left breast it became, red, swollen, and hot to the touch, the only action the doctor's took was to Irrigate and Drain my breast. I am now pregnant/15 weeks for the first time at age 35, and this site helped me to know what questions I should be asking the doctor, so far an ultrasound has detected nothing abnormal, trying to find out where to go from here. | |
